Lift the relay required me to use a screwdriver to get under the relay and pry it upwards from different angles until it got loose enough to be pulled up by hand. Was the Starter Relay inside the engine fuse box and not the Starter of Starter Selinoid. Starter clicking but not turning over can only be caused by bad battery terminals.
