Ive got 105k miles on the truck and the timing belt was replaced just last spring.

If u just ran out of gas and it wont start first put gas in it if u have all ready done that make sure your putting at least a half tank in so you fuel pump can start up again. But Im not sure if they Normally do that prior to start.
